If you're looking for an awesome RV and an even more awesome salesperson, Shali at B&D RV is your girl! From the get-go, she was super friendly, helpful, and made the whole process a total breeze. It felt less like buying an RV and more like hanging out with a knowledgeable friend who just happens to know everything there is to know about RVs. With a background as a technician, she is super knowledgeable with regard to the features and maintenance of the RV. Shali really took the time to listen to what we were looking for and offered spot-on suggestions and thorough explanations. She took the time to walk us through all the features of our new RV and provided thorough demonstrations.
The sales process was smooth and transparent, with no pressure. No high-pressure sales tactics here—just good advice, patience, and a whole lot of expertise. She made sure we were comfortable every step of the way, and we walked out of there feeling like we made the perfect choice.

We have had several suspension problems with our 2018 Forest River Surveyor, to the point that we had the entire system (springs, equalizers, shackles, etc.) replaced and reinforced by a trailer dealer in St. Charles, MO this past spring. Outside of a trip to southern Missouri, we hadn’t taken it on a trip until now. While in northwest Colorado, my husband noticed there was a problem. We stopped in Rangely but were told we needed to go Vernal. When we got to B&D RV Center, Rod was very helpful in assessing the situation, taking pictures and scheduling the repair work. The welder, showed us the breaks in the welds, where they bolted to thin metal instead of welding or reinforcing, and where the water lines and liner were singed.
Cut to the chase, Cody was fantastic at welding and reinforcing everything correctly, Bill the mechanic, was diligent in making sure we had the right parts (springs, equalizers, etc) and everything was done correctly, Rod was great at managing resources and making sure we were taken care of to the point of letting us camp out in the lot for 3 nights. All of the staff were very kind and extremely helpful.
It was a stressful 3 days, but filled with blessings beyond measure.

The team at B&D is absolutely amazing! It was a nightmare for them to get the parts from the manufacturer to fix my trailer, but they never gave up. They always kept me informed of the situation, was honest and were concerned about keeping me happy. In the end they fixed us up better then expected, never wavered on the price (ended up being less than quoted). Every time I walked into their store every employee greeted me and made sure to make my visit a happy one. I have dealt with other Rv dealerships and have never had such a pleasant experience with what could have been a bad situation. Good job B&D! You’ll definitely be dealing with my sarcastic visits in the future. - Chad
I went to BND just to look at what they had with no Intentions of buying, but after talking to Shaylie and Theresa I ended up with a great price, a beautiful camper and a very big Smile on my face!
